Our opinion

Because of Takeaway.com, among other things, people have become much lazier with food. People no longer go to the store themselves, buy fresh ingredients and then cook delicious and healthy meals. They rather choose the easy way and go to the pizzeria, Chinese restaurant or order something online.

People also don't have vegetable gardens anymore, which used to be very common. It was much easier because people could get fresh vegetables from their garden without having to go to the store.

Don't get me wrong, these websites are very good for people who don't have much time to cook or for the people who work overtime and then don't feel like cooking anymore so that's why we need to change that and that's why on this blog we offer fun, healthy dishes that are easy to make. For athletes, these meals on our blog are also definitely interesting because athletes need to watch their nutrition so they can perform optimally. I have noticed this in myself and in my friends. From the moment we started watching our diet, we felt much better and played better.

Today I am going to give my opinion on foods that are best eaten before exercise to produce energy and strength and what is best avoided to counteract fainting.

I personally think that people should be very concerned with the food they take on a daily basis. Especially the nutrition before your exercise is important. The food that you take before your exercise is largely going to make sure that you train well or poorly. The energy that you produce by eating is going to ensure that you can continue your workout longer.

My personal opinion on this is that you have to give it a lot of importance because this can cause you to feel bad after your workout because you can't go full on the last part. Then I also take that to the next training session which means I don't train as well and therefore don't start the race. This can also apply to other sports like fitness, field hockey,....

I personally play soccer all my life and I have noticed over the years that hobbies are an outlet for many. My girlfriend, for example, has only been playing field hockey for half a year and she loves the fact that she can express her feelings while working for the sport. If these were to be diminished by poor nutrition, that would be a shame. Especially since you can do something about your nutrition and you haven't done it.

1.5 hours before training it's best to eat a carbohydrate-rich meal such as grilled chicken, oatmeal, salmon,... this is going to make sure you have a lot of energy in the beginning of your exercise. Depending on your race, you will also need fast sugars such as a piece of fruit, which will ensure that you can do the effort without any effort.

I notice that by paying attention to my food I improve my performance. I am very happy that I am doing everything I can to improve my performance to the maximum. This is largely due to paying attention to my diet.

In this part I’am going to give my opinion about sport food. I think it’s one of of the most important parts of sport. Not only to stay healty en not get fat but also to have energy.

I think if you sport every single day but you don’t eat healty, you will not have any progress. I know some people who are a lot in the gym but at the beginning they didden’t pay attention tot their diet, and they only trained. But when they finaly ate healty, there was al ot of progress and they got more for less. I also play foorball and when I have a training or a match I also play much better if I ate the right things. When I don’t eat or eat unhealty I have less energy to do an effort. Without energy you can’t give 100% for you and for your team.

My conclusion is that food is one of the most important things in sport. You also have to train to improve but not without good food.
